  2. My favorite email hoax would have to be the flat tire mall abduction. One reason I would have believed the hoax would be it was something that could easily happen. Another reason is because they made it sound so real and true, although its a very scary thing. I would have definitely believed it, if it was sent to me.

  3. My favorite email hoax, was "Gang Initiation Warning- Infant Car Seat Left on Roadside". It was gang initiation week and gang members were leaving carseats on the roadside with a fake baby in them, with a blanket over the top of the carseat. This was mainly to target women, when they stopped to get the baby, they would leave the women to dieand rob them, same for men. I believed this because, it showed reported police reports.

  14. I read a hoax that said cold water can cause cancer. You get the cancer by drinking cold water right after the meal and it solidifies all the oily stuff you just ate and it will slow down the digestion. But of course, it wasnt real, and you can still drink cold water after you eat. LB-1

  16. My favorite hoax would have to be the "Spider Under the Toilet Seat." This particular hoax was about a couple of women went to Olive Garden and then became very ill. They became so ill that they were hospitalized. The women died. A man came to check the place of business out by checking the food, water, and air conditioner. He found nothing. A waitress had went to Olive Garden to pick up her check and became ill. She didnt eat or drink anything but she did use the restroom. The man that had inspected before came back and look at the bathroom. He lifted the toilet seat and found a spider. That made me shiver when I thought about using the restroom at a public place.

  20. My favorite hoax was "AIDS from Contaminated Take Away Food Warning" because it seemed real. It talks about a boy who ate out and he got sick and found out he had AIDS. He cought it from the cook who had a cut on his finger and didnt know it. The blood was blending in with the sauce. It seemed true to me because the cook didn't know he had AIDS and there is a lot of people who have AIDS and don't know it.

  23. I actually believed the email hoax about the facebook paedophiles. The email said to change your facebook picture to a cartoon character to help raise awareness about child violence. There was no child awareness program. It was just a group of paedophiles trying to get children to accept their freind requests on facebook.

  25. I read a hoax that was a forward email. It supposely was a teenage boy that had a large brain tumor and everytime someone would forward the email they said that Make A Wish foundation would donate 7 cents to help pay for his hospital bills. I would have believed the email because you wouldn't want that person to suffer and you would of never known it was a fake. You never would of thought someone would make something like this terrible situation up.

  27. My favorite e-mail hoax was the one about the gang initiation, because I got that in a text and I believed it. If somebody would have told me that, there's no doubt I would have believed it. 28. I would have believed the Killer House Plant one because it said that a common house plant is poisonous. It also had a real looking picture. It also said that it could cause partial or permanent blindness. I didn't think someone would actually send an e-mail about that thinking it was a joke. This e-mail hoax was half true. The plant was dangerous if you swallowed parts of it. The fatility rate from this plant is extremely rare. It has never blinded anyone, it has only caused slight redness and eye pain. This plant is not as dangerous as the e-mail said it was.

  29. My favorite hoax was about a Human Parts Factory. The pictures looked so real and the people in it looked like they were actually working on humans. I felt sick thinking that they used diseased people's arms and legs. I am glad that it isn't real.

  31. My favorite Hoax was the Sun Powered Key Ring Tracking Device Hoax. It say that the boy went to the store to get him some gas at the gas station and when he went in the store to pay for it the saleman gave him a free key chain. The boy received the free key chain, he didn't think nothing else about it and when he actually notice some was wrong with the key chain. He notice a silver piece sticking out the key chain and he decided to to try and open the key chain and when he finally open it what he saw was a tracking device in the key chain. So i was thinking if you find that inside of your key change that the person who had put the tracking device inside of it will try to come to your home and will eventually get some things at your home. I would like to say if a saleman give you a free key chain don't get it just say no thank you and walk away. I thought if that would ever happen that you will probably much lose everything since they know where you stay at now. That made me think about it i was a little nervous when i read it, but then i said this can't be real.

  33. My favorite hoax was a "Diamond Covered Mercedes". It had the car for sale for $28,000. It gave a chance to touch the car for $1,000. The person who was suppose to sell the car was from some other country. He said it was of ownership from "Prince Waleed". Even though i thought it was foreal, i realized what kind of person would put diamonds on a car. Seriously, it did sound and look very nice. I had to realize and say no it's fake.

  35. Please be alert of this food item... It may infect your lung.

Do not eat these mini lobsters.

These mini crustaceans are literally the garbage cleaners in the sewage treatment plants.

The 'dirtier' the water, the fatter these mini lobsters become.

Their lungs are full of worms and their flesh saturated with poisonous metals.

Unscrupulous merchants somehow found a way to get these marketed to eateries.

Do not order this dish. Pass this to those friends who may want to try these mini 'lobsters'.

  39. I had no clue about e-mail hoaxes! I have recieved so many e-mail hoaxes over the years that i had believed to be true. One I found on the website was about a tiger who was feeding baby pigs who were dressed up like tigers. There were a lot of pictures and it seemed like it could be possible. The sad thing is last year i recieved that message and i remember showing my mom and forwarding it to all my contacts thinking it was true. It's just crazy to believe someone would make up that stuff.

  41. I think in the future kids will have home school, the teachers will be robots, instead of books they will use a technique like an ipad. This would be better because students could learn easier in their own environment. Students could have an easier chance of learning ,asking qusetios, and partcipating. I think this would help because kids love using techniques such as the i pad it would be more fun.

  42. One of the hoaxes I might have believed would be the one about the little boy leaving candy beside his bed. While he was sleeping ants that were attracted to the candy crawled indised the little boys ears. They laid eggs and the boys got a brain tumor from them. I thought this could have actually happened and that's why I would have believed it.
